So if you are suffering from the diseases above and you live in Florida, you are allowed to have marijuana and use it as medicine. But that doesn’t mean that, if you are found driving under the influence of the same, you won’t be charged, you will be charged according to the law because one is not allowed to smoke marijuana in public. And even though there is this law, it doesn’t affect the federal law which prohibits the distribution and possession.
